For information to result in greater transparency and aid effectiveness it needs to be accessible and understandable. The USG needs to organize their information on AID spending into one easy to use site that comiles all spending by focus area.
Organizations Such as Aid Transparency are trying to encourage this.

Websites such as USA Spending and Fed Spending are steps in the right direction, but more work can be done to organize all aid activity by country and focus area as well as link in outcome data/effectiveness metrics to see if the money we are spending is actually making an impact in areas such as health outcomes and poverty.
